How do you make a gm!

How do you make a GM on SQL.. I've read some tutorials and changed the group_id etc.. but it still doesn't work :s. IM using Biosoft 8.21/8.22 if anyone knows help thanks.

Not sure about BioSoft, never used it. But I bet it has something with access to do, on the 'players' table. Check your commands.xml.
