How i can add premium points to every account?? its event rep

Open your localhost, and click yourself to your database. Then press SQL to execute an SQL query and enter this...

UPDATE accounts SET premium_points= xxxx

...and press execute!

for example if one account have 10 points and you execute for example "UPDATE accounts SET premium_points= 3" the value 10 change to 3 ... how i make to change to "13" ??
