Hello Guys, i need to know how i can add tibia sources in my server Because i want to change max level

You need sources to compile it into an execute able .exe file.. You can't just download sources and put them into your server and wish it to work.
First of all, get a new server WITH sources. Compile it. Import your datapack to it.

He meant to change things on the source file
