How i can fix that exp doesnt give soul points :s

i am exxping but my soul points grow up :s i dont want it ;s help me

mhm i wont add anything to add soul points with experience :S i add only ur script to add 1 soul when player get frag :S but it doesnt grow up 1 but mhm 50?
propably this script was in engine when i download it :S

where i should search it?? or how fix it :/ u r proo u can help me
