player say !spy Mauzim in pz
and that player see how Mauzim play
cant move etc. just he see Mauzim what he do etc.

Probably just creating a clone in your position and making your character invis teleport to the player pos and follow him? Ofc without showing your health/mana bars, nor anything, thats how a friend of mine did it, at least what he told me heh.
