How i Can turn off lvl need on item.

Hello.
I have a little problem..:S
i wanna change the level for use item example:

It can only be wielded properly by players of level 130 or higher.

And i wanted to make it for players with lvl 8 or turn of this option.

Can someone help me with it ?

Go to your Distro:
data\movements\movements.xml
In data\movements u'll find a Movements.xml
open it
Control + f and search for your item id.
So, change lv
