I found the problem.. MY MODEM! ¬¬ Echolife HG520C... trying to fix it to let ppl enter to website ._.

Now i know what it is!

When i type my global IP, it send me to my modem configuration, not the website, how i fix it? :/
i can access the website via localhost but not with the global ip :/

Then maybe the only way is to host the website on an alternative port like 8080
