How i open my port ?

Hello Guys , i'm working on a website for my OT , well my problem is that i only can acces the website with 127.0.0.1 and not with the server ip or something ,

and 1 more thing , how i change in the paypal scripts that the money goes to me ?

i tried that before, i coundt find my router. i dont have a router though, my modem is like a router i guess.
