Linux how i pass my server from my computer to linux?

Hey i already compiled...everythink is ready to my server..The only think i need is transfer my website and otserv from my computer to linux..But with ftp is too slow!!!! =SS

SomeBudy know how to do in a better way?

Just upload it from ur pc and then download it again on your linux?
