Hi, i downloaded server from not here, name server : The End v0.7 and there no gm or characters, so how i can create gm ? And my account manager is bad location, how i can do that it be good location? Plz help or plz say skypes :/

dude if u can't fucking follow a guide/if you don't even know what "localhost" is you shouldn't be hosting any server... no offense :/ just follow the guide
