How many players can i deal with a custom server with this?

Depends on which map you are going to host.

A Noobwar/Evolution map isn't that big so you can have around 1-300(or more) player(s) on you're server without any problems.

But the RL map is kinda big, so you should buy a guy/company who can host it for you.
