guess its also depends on distro;

@lizudus: 16 without any risk of lag.
tosse: More then you'll ever get.

You can probable just calculate like this:

Upload / 16kbit = players without lag.
Take the result * 2 to find the "safe" value (tho, lag might accure if you host a website too).
