How many players can i have on my OT without lags?

Computer: Fujitsu Siemens
Processor: Inter Core 2 Duo CPU E4500 2.20 GHz
RAM: 2gb
Windows Vista

Using:

TFS 0.4
Modern AAC

Internet won't be your limitation, your RAM is too small.

it can be fine if you aren't going to host a realmap or something big, but using windows vista is bad not only for hosting but generally.

Okay, i know the RAM is small :/ I tried to host a realmap long time ago, and my computer couldnt take it, but im working on a edited Evolution right now, how about that?
