Hello, im going to buy a new net from another company that gives me 7-10 mb up and 7-10 mb down, how many players is it able to handle?

my pc:
intel i5 2500k (4*3,3 ghz)
8 gb ram (1600mhz)
80 gb ssd (512 mb read/write)
500 gb hard disk (7200 rpm)
gtx 560ti(1gb)

OS:windows 7 home premium (64-bit)

map: 95 mb
acc site: modern acc
 
I want to say about maybe 150-250, idk. Max I had on 2MB upload with 512MB RAM 1.8GHz single core processor and 75GB HDD (I know but it was originally a low end home laptop) I had about 40-80 players with no lag.

512 RAM? How did you manage to even run a server? I didn't even attempt to run a server when i temporarily had a computer with such low ram lmao.
