nah he dont need it i hosted my server on my old computer with 1 gb ram and it worked i had like 50 payer wth no lagg but it was laggy on my computer

It depends on your map size, but it is not recommended to use 512MB. i7 doesn't make any difference since CPU is not the limiting factor of your computer
