How do i see how many players i can have online total without lagg?

i got 250/100 fiber internet - internet cabel - modified hp dl 145 server 2006 as computer ill host my serv on if that says anything

What are the specs of the machine? and does it have a gbit capable ethernet port(to take advantage of the 250mbit line)?
