Linux How much DDR need?

how much of memory DDR I need to run map with 130 MB? using ubuntu or debian (32 bits)

still have the crash server with the npcs from ORTS datapack in S.O 64 bits?
another question:
About the linux S.O, he have the limitation of memory RAM in 32 bits?

Every 32 bit Operating system have RAM limitations (theoretical 4 GB = 2^32), same 64 bit (theoretical 1024GB = 2^64).

130MB map should use around 2.8GB ram. It will not work on 32 bit windows, but should work on 32 bit linux (if you did not install and run too much software in background). Anyway, 64bit is recommended to not take care about RAM limits anymore.
What is reason of crash? When it crash on linux, because of RAM limit it probably show: 'Segmentation Fault'
