So i asked in a previous thread if it was possible to create a 7.6 system (Spells, no hotkeys, balancings etc. etc.) in a 10.98 client.

So now my next question is - how long would it take and how much could it cost?

I think this is wrong section, If you are looking for someone to do paid job for you, you need to post that on Jobs section.
Or search for someone to hire there is many hiring services available.
