You only need to search a bit. 1.5 is a special branch by @Nekiro that downgraded the main version to 8.X

I see. Anyone knows when is official release 1.5?
Worth to wait? Or better work on engine from BR?

There is no "official release" ready for download version of TFS 1.5 yet cause it's still in the works.
The master branch in otland TFS github is what we call TFS "1.5".

If you want to use TFS 1.5 you will have to compile it for yourself.
There are a few guides on how to compile here on OTland under tutorials.
