Good Evening Otland!
I have finally decided to create a game with the RPG Maker VX Ace.
Of Course i had imagined some stories, but before I start developing I gotta know how to proceed ?
Should I already now at the very beginning(scratch) of this project start to gather a community and provide a dev blog and communication system? Or should I first start working on the ame for a month and then slowly start publishing dev blog, website etc. ?
