TFS 1.X+ How the eff do i add new emblem/sprites?

Where do i find the sprites for emblems? I looked through my .spr but couldn't see any, are they a item/outfit/effect?!
How do i add new ones if not?

If you use normal tibia client you must edit the client spr.
If you use otclient:
data\images\game\emblems
