How to acces to Alchemist Quarter?

Hello, i'm asking this, i can't acces to the Quarter, i'm level 44 in Yalahar obviusly xD,but when i click in the mechanism i can't acces. I must do any quest? Plx help :w00t:

go around the gates, from foreign quarter > arena quarter > alchemist quarter. You only need to say "Hi", "name quarter"

Like Deloria said, also you can do yalahari missions so you can pass throught gates.
