Compiling How to acess server crash log?

How i can compile for when my otserv crash, show in a log file what is the reason to crash? now when my server pass a some time online, 1, 2 days, it crash with segment fault error...

The error logs only shows you if the server crashed and showed a error in the console, if the server crashs without any error, maybe is a problem in your map (fail magic forcefield or something like that) or a bugged creatureevent, most probably ,
