How to active ipn in paypal account

How to active ipn in paypal account?

which line i put in this space? my server is evenous.sytes.net

and active Receive IPN messages (Enabled) ?

i dont have ipn.php

but i have other php file in shop system contain the same as ipn file in other shop systems

and it contains these lines

so i think its the one ipn file , is not it ?
