How to add exp by stages.

Can anyone tell me how to do exp by stages. Im using TFS 0.3.6pl And it only has like this

-- NOTE: experienceStages configuration is located in data/XML/stages.xml.
-- rateExperienceFromPlayers 0 to disable.
experienceStages = false
rateExperience = 5.0
rateExperienceFromPlayers = 0
rateSkill = 3.0
rateMagic = 3.0
rateLoot = 2.0
rateSpawn = 1
I WANT IT TO BE LIKE
1 TO 100 (100X)
100 TO 200 (50)
PLEASE HELP

open stages.xml
and configure it

in config.lua:
experienceStages = false
change to
experienceStages = true
