how to add items from 8.6 to 8.0

Hello, I have a problem because I don't quite understand how to add items from 8.6 to 8.0 my item.otb is strangely modified. I'm generally green in these matters. Can someone tell me how to add custom items to your server?

you will need to use object builder and item builder to edit your items.otb and the spr/dat. But you will need to use otclient to make it possible to display i think. Also you will need to update your items.xml when adding new items. And also update your map editor with new otb/xml/spr/dat. Also test with new maps before opening your old one. Its possible to mess things up permanently.
