Lua How to add this command?

I am trying to add the /attr command to my 9.6 ot mystic spirit.

I copied the lua stuff but is it supposed to have a certain name?
and I put /attr on the commands file but when i pull up the server it says unknown command /attr
and also where do I put the lua?

Im pretty sure its possible because I had accidentally got the !aol command working but with too much tinkering i had to resort to my backup file and didnt have !aol done in it.
So now I need to know how to do !aol done again.
I see tutorials giving scripts but no tutorials on where to put them exactly.

As the server doesn't have the functions to add most of the attribues this involves alot source editing to add the command and needed functions.
Switch to 0.3 / 0.4 if you don't know how to do it or start a request thread.

I tried switching. Idk if I did it right but I ran the server and it still shows the same Unknown command /attr and !aol.

I wish I remember what I did :/
