how to add tiles to game window otx 3.10

Hello otland people, I would like to know if it is possible to add more tools using the otx 3.10 distribution?. And if so, how can I do it?.
I was reviewing the post of Flatlander, but apparently it is for you, and in my sources there is no line mentioned in the post.
