How to answer the questions of all players online in a few minutes!

wel if is impossible i recommend ignore all igname-depths questions and questions about items/exp/teleporting.
And if you have enough time left then make a wikia.
 
@up yeah i really could understand that.
@Kito2 Well most questions are answered in wikia, RL tibia is huge with a lot of questions etc.. And i find a lot answers there..
So if you want try to create it very advanced, And maybe a a auto-broadcast message, like "Got any questions or do you search any information visit XXXX."
 
Kito2, You might use a good F.A.Q. in combination with some qualified tutors. You might also consider raise their command state if they done a good job (for example in 2 months you get an upgrade to senior tutor.) Then they are getting motivated to be an senior tutor. It is impossible to provide all the help just by you (or other GM's with you). I might thinking to do this for my server when it is done. Hope you will have something about this reply.

As my servers tries to be a copy of tibia CipSoft, tibia wiki helps a lot many players from my OT xD

One thing that I have done lately is that tutors have cheaper things and also the GM outfit, also the senior tutors who has CM outfit, so people can know inmediatly who is important here, and Im paying senior tutors once a week X amount of points to have the job to control all tutors, telling me who isn't doing his work fine or who should be a tutor, the latest week has been a nice perfomance.
