its not possible, SHA1 is a one-way hashing and it can't be reverse-engineered

even if someone manages to do it, that person may not get the actual password used, he'll probably receive a list of possible passwords because while 1 plain password only has 1 SHA1 code, 1 SHA1 code could be the same for multiple passwords

There's nothing you can do, if you want to find a player password you have to ask him, there's no way around it
