How to change my IP for a Website ?

Hello, I'm looking to change my current IP : 23.233.242.14 to a website name ? How can I do this.

Hey :) you need to purchae a new domain, you can do this through sites like Godaddy.

Then you need to forward the domain through the DNS where you buy the domain.

To be honest i;m not positive on that. @HalfAway would know. He knows that shit inside and out.

When i go to that IP it shows it as canadaot.com not anything else.

you should be fine

Yes, you should close port 3306 again.
Its a security risk to open that port, it only allows external connection to the mysql server.
If you're not going to connect to phpmyadmin/mysql server on the go I recommend you to close that port.

I have always wondering about this what happens if i try to connect with

www.myip.com:3306 ?

You should try to connect with 192.168.1.75 or 127.0.0.1 since you're playing on the same computer.
Do you have your webserver open? Because I can't view the page with: http://canadaot.com/

EDIIT:
Does the firewall block the access to the ports/services?
Try to add a rule to allow them, or disable the firewall temporarly.
