How to change on hit animation?

Greetings

I would like to know a solution for changing the ice damages hit area effect (smallice) to a giantice effect
I've been asking people if they can do it in lua but I guess we can't

As somehow I've demonstrated how I want this spell
Atm I got hitted by the icetornado and the effect isnt smallice its giantice
Were searching in sources but I just don't know where I have to write
