How can I change the version of my server from 0.3.6 to 0.4 ?
I have the both of them, and its sources.

WHen i use the .exe of 0.4 in my 0.3.6 server, many scripts bug!
How can I fix them to work with 0.4 _dev?

1. How did you get 0.4?
2. What you mean with script error? Ofc its hard to upgrade to a new energi and I had to downgrade from 0.4 to 0.3 becouse I lose my donator XD.

You'll see a clear error in your console that tells you what to fix.. then open that file and fix the error and repeat until its fully converted. whats so difficult?
