How to compile otitemeditor?

I went to sourceforge and downloaded otitemeditor, tried to compile it with both devs-c++ and microsoft visual studio, both of them couldn't recognice the file extension (.csproj).
Anybody got a program for compiling this?

U serious?-.- its a C# Program ( C Sharp, idk why ppl use it cuz it sucks haha xD )
open the .sln file in Visual Studio, maybe u need the newest idk, i used 2010 and it worked.. (.sln is solution file.. all projects will be includes which is in the otitemeditor :) ) Rep++ ;) xD RepW**re :ninja:
