How to compile?

hi! im new here, in otland a friend toldme about this website and all about otservers, and support, and i will like to now how to compile?

i download a server called "naxed ot" for 8.6 but there's no soruces and .cpp shit.... so.. i want to change something... how do i add the sources or download?

figure out what server distribution is it based on (0.3.6 likely) and download the appropriate sources

well.. in the description where i downloaded it says this:

TFS (Sources of 0.3.6 pl1), but the problem here is this server doesnt have sources! i dont find any file with .cpp and shit like that
