Windows How to create a fast 10.79 OT just for myself?

First thing: Im brasilian, i dont know english very well, so im sorry for this

Ok guys, i just want to do a quick thing. My internet is so much bad RN and i payed for windbot yesterday, im trying to do the scripts of the places i want to hunt, but i cant becouse of my internet. So i have one idea.

If i can host a ot server 10.79, run the windbot and make the scripts from the ot server; so when my internet works fine again, is just run the scripts.

So i dont want to anyone login into my server, just me. And i just want make one character lvl 150 and start the scripts.

So i need a quick solution for this. Im reading forum files but it seems too much complicated, and i dont understand very well.

Without any knowledge its impossible for you to host anything. You can use tutorials but it will take you longer to host it than waiting for connection to be stable.

Hosting server is not easy thing, you need to know a lot about this.
Its a lot of work.
1. downloading highest version of TFS.
2. downloading xampp
3. installing database
4. setup config.lua in TFS
5. installing acc maker

I remember that one time i host some 8.6 ot server, i logged in with the god account, using the 127.0.0.1 adress

You should follow a tutorial like everyone else has done at one point, if you don't understand something or run into a problem just make a post/thread about it and you will get help.

You should be able to start a server in a few minutes, like 5 or 10.

I really don't think a total beginner can start a server in 5-10 minutes, maybe an hour minimum.
