How to disable email activation option?

Hello,

I'm trying to disable the option that requires to activate your account using link that is sent to your email...

I'm trying to play with different options in a config.php file. But nothing worked... Could someone tell me which line is responsible for this action?

Also now that option is enabled and when I receive email with activation link, I click it and this is what comes up:

Not Found

The requested URL /poczta09/poczta/activate/dG9tYWpkbzEzQG8yLnBs/d154749a99f56e7d18752a1c3ad10760 was not found on this server.

I don't know why this happens

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd be grateful. Thanks
