How to DISABLE Rule Violation on Gamemaster

Hello....

Can any1 tell me how i can disable Rule Violation on Gamemaster position ?? I want give some players GMS but i cant trust they and they can ban other players for nothing :s

I use Flags Calculator included in Gesior Database Manager and i set my flags but this doesnt work ((

Tip: Forbid them to use the rule violation thing. If they do. Fire them.

finally i forbid use the rule violation Xd but i try to disable it to have a 100% safety :-]

I don't know, I think you have to edit the sources for that to work. Not sure tho.. ;P

I know there is an option to answer violations (I think. Can't remember :S) under flags.
