How to do effect "attached" to character.

Hi

I was wondering if it's possible do make an effect which is "attached" to the character. Now when you cast spell you get blue shimmer, but when you go away from the place you casted spell this "blue shimmer" stays on it's place. Is it possible to make effect staying on character?

you can use the parameter as character atual pos instead of character pos at cast.. but i guess its not a client problem, just a lua one..
