How to edit the width in the "create account" window?

Hey, I need help to decrease the width of my Create Account page... I think the "server rules" window is too wide, so I have to decrease it.. any1 know how? Thanks, rep+

i'm using paxton v1.0. and as u can see to the right there is a little of the create account page that are sticking out
