how to edit tibia 10.00-11+

Hello i am having problems trying to map on tibia 10, i have been looking tutorials but doesnt work, either the client crashes 3.3-3.2 or when i save the map and reopen it shows unsopported client version.

How can i edit map10.00 properly?
