(how To) Enable players using proxy to loggin to server?

Hello guys
Theres some players that use proxy to play, and they cant connect on the server using proxy!!
I dont have any iptables bloking, what can be?
It says "disconnected from server" and never connect. BUT ONLY IF USING PROXY!!
