How to get 10.9 protocol?

Hey guys,

I'm extremely new to this whole tibia private servers thing.

The server I want to play on requires 10.9 protocol, but the protocols available to download on the TibiaLauncher only go as far as 10.8?

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but how do I get 10.9?

Thanks and sorry if this was a stupid question.
