Windows How to get Website online?

Hello, I've made a website for my OTserv through Uniform server and Znote AAC, but the only way i can access the website is through 127.0.0.1 or "localhost"
So my question is, how can i get the website up so my friends can access is and make accounts etc.? And everything works on the website, anyone else just cant access it, would be great to get some help

The webserver can be blocked by a firewall or port 80 is closed.

Skype blocks port 80!
Be sure its not on!

Allow ur firewall those ports too.

I have opened port 80, 7171, 7172, and 443, but how do i make the firewall accept them? And when im done, through which ip should i access the website?
