How to install an infinite license Crossover (Codeweavers) to run some Tibia Client on macOS

I know that some people depend on this program to run the game itself, but unfortunately because it is paid, sometimes this can make it difficult, so I put together this easy tutorial for you to have the crossover for free and forever.

  • Step 1
Download the free trial version of Crossover on this link.
  • Step 2
Unzip and paste crossover at your applications folder.
  • Step 3
Open crossover and click try it now, then close totally the app.

  • Step 4
After you have closed the crossover, you will need to download a program called prefs editor that is attached on this post. Unzip it.
  • Step 5
Now you should go on your library folder, to do this, open your finder and holding the option key click in "go" and open your library>preferences and find the archive "com.codeweavers.CrossOver.plist".
Open this archive as Prefs Editor like that:

After that, change the year in FirstRunDate, like year 2050. and then its ready you infinite trial version app to run your tibia.

i couldn't make it work as op intended but, whenever your trial is ending just set the date as the day youre in and it will reset it!

i just did it today, i had 10 days left, and now its back to 14! :)

and works so far, no reminder of the expiration
and seems unlocked and the app under crossover works fine
