how to log to my server :(

how to log to my server.
people can log to it
but i cant :s
can any one help?

use ip 127.0.0.1

when i try to log with is
the char list apper
when i choose any char it dont log
and says "connection refused"
or something like that

umm... try with 192.168.0.1 / 192.168.0.2 / 192.168.1.1
