how to maintain(paying) a dedicated server

can anyone show a thread that shows a way to earn money to pay a dedicated server or giving me ideas like

donations
advertising
getting money by click etc

the only way to make money from an OTServer, unless you're freaking awesome at making a custom server, is by making a clone of real tibia, make hundreds of donation items, and watch the mindless drones pay for worthless shit, then close the server down after 2 weeks then start the process again. Sad but true.
