How To Make a OT?

Anyway; I've started to play Tibia once again, and I've been craving to own a OT for so long, I've had the odd few, however; this was back i 07/08.
If anyone could give me some links, that'd be great.

I'd mainly want a 8.6 server, war or pvp; doesn't bother me.
Please guys, help a newbie out.

I'm fine to help with your server failing to start, whatever, but not like: "hey i want server plx help plx".
