Solved How to make an NPC say things(in public channel)

I'm sure its very easy, but I can't seem to figure it out. How do I make an NPC say something in the public channel, such as the boat NPCs in the real tibia say "Travel to Yalahar, Thais, Venore, etc"

I'm using Crying Damson 0.3 something.. if that helps too
