How to make arrow don't skip attacking monster

Hello guys is there any way to make if i attack monster with my arrow it won't escape from attacking it
it will always damge it

you can add
<attribute key="hitchance" value="100"/>
in items.xml

it's already 100% and the hit escape from monster

I just tested and it does work. It does not however take away the chance of shieldblocks which create a yellow spark effect.
So perhaps you wish to remove the shieldblock as well, then you need to do a source edit.
